Jennifer Love Hewitt Orders Stalker To Stay Away

Jennifer Love Hewitt has ordered a stalker to stay away, filing a restraining order against a 62-year-old man who has sent her over 120 threatening letters.
The petition, filed on December 23, claims that David Nolte sent the ‘Ghost Whisperer’ star “violent letters that reference weapons he owns and fantasies he has wherein [Hewitt] is being impaled.”
According to the documents, Nolte moved from Colorado to Los Angeles to be closer to Hewitt and visited the home of her mother on December 21.
A temporary restraining order is in place for three years and includes her mother and fiancé Ross McCall, who she has allegedly split from.
