Jessica Alba won’t face charges over her shark vandalism last week, with Oklahoma City Police saying the case is closed.

The actress was busted for plastering posters of the great white on a billboard as part of a campaign to bring awareness to the endangered species, after photos of Alba with her handywork popped up online.

“The decision has been made to close the case,” Sgt. Gary Knight explained in a statement. “The case will not be presented to the district attorney’s office.”
