The Celebrity Truth

A report by the US edition of OK! Magazine is claiming that Jessica Simpson is set to star in a remake of the Julia Roberts movie ‘Pretty Woman’, however, her publicist has confirmed exclusively to The Celebrity Truth.

The magazine quotes a source as revealing that Simpson "thinks this one’s got ‘hit’ written all over it. Her father [and manager] Joe has been telling anyone who will listen that she’s the next Julia."

However, The Celebrity Truth asked Simpson’s publicist, Lauren Auslander, about the OK! Magazine story, and Auslander told us, "There is no truth to this. Jessica is in Nashville recording a country album."
