Jessica Simpson Receiving Pranks Over Dog’s Death

October 13th, 2009

jessica-simpson-sonybmgWe feel for Jessica Simpson, who’s been the victim of numerous prank calls regarding the tragic death of her dog Daisy, with the singer taking to Twitter to ask for some compassion (follow us on Twitter too).

jessica-simpson-sonybmgSimpson called in dog finders to help track down her multi-poo, after it was snatched by a coyote from her home in Los Angeles, however, the search was called off when there were no leads.

“People have been contacting my family and friends saying that Daisy has been found,” Simpson wrote on Twitter. “Untrue. People are so cruel..please respect her memory.”

How can anyone be so cruel? What a horrible ordeal. That's not just a "prank" as there is nothing remotely funny about it.
