Joaquin Phoenix Going Hip-Hop?

Former actor Joaquin Phoenix made his official stage debut as a hip-hop artist at Lavo in Las Vegas on Friday night (January 16).
The actor announced in November plans to quit Hollywood and pursue a career in the music biz, saying “I think it’s just moving on. It’s rediscovering something else… Hopefully, I will emotionally impact you with that, as well.”
The Hollywood Reporter states that Phoenix’s performance is part of a documentary being filmed by Casey Affleck on his pursuit to become a hip-hop star.
Additionally, reports that Diddy is producing the ‘Walk the Line’ star’s new album are circulating but have yet to be confirmed.
