Josh Duhamel’s rep says the actor is sorry for causing a disruption to a flight from New York to Kentucky on Friday (Dec. 3), after he repeatedly refused to stop texting on his phone and was eventually removed by security.

According to TMZ, Duhamel was asked on a number of occasion by the flight crew to stop using his Blackberry, however, the actor declined while the plane was taxiing.

The plane aborted it’s takeoff and turned back to the gate where the 38-year-old was removed by security.

“He’s sorry,” was the simple response from his rep when asked about the incident.
