Justin Bieber Almost Arrested Over Water Balloon Drama

This one almost slipped through the cracks but Justin Bieber was almost arrested last Sunday (September 5) after he threw a water balloon at a state trooper at the Maryland State Fair.

A spokesperson for the authorities confirmed the incident saying Bieber was “horsing around with members of his staff,” and that one of the balloons hit the trooper in the gun belt soaking the officer involved.

However, although the spokesperson called his behavior “inappropriate” no charges have been brought against the 16-year-old popstar.
