Michael Jackson’s 79-year-old mother will receive full custody of his three children, after reaching an out of court agreement with his ex-wife Debbie Rowe.
L. Londell McMillan, Katherine Jackson’s lawyer, told The Early Show on Thursday (July 30), “There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson.”
McMillan also dismissed reports of the King of Pop’s financial woes saying, “That estate is worth, in my estimation, a couple of billion dollars. You hear $500 million. Don’t buy it.”
A full announcement is expected to be made about the agreement in the coming days.
