Katie Holmes has denied a US magazine report that alleges the actress is pregnant with her second child to husband Tom Cruise.

OK! magazine’s latest US edition has Holmes on the front cover with the headline ‘Is Katie Pregnant?’ and quotes an ‘eyewitness’ as saying, "She has that special glow that only pregnant women have.  I would say there is a strong possibility that she’s pregnant."

Holmes’ representative has denied the 29-year-old is expecting a sibling for the couple’s daughter Suri telling Usmagazine.com, "She’s not pregnant."
