Kiefer Sutherland was charged with misdemeanor assault on Thursday (May 6) for his alleged headbutt of fashion designer Jack McCollough at a party on Monday night.

The 24 star didn’t speak with the waiting media as he entered the First Precinct in Lower Manhattan with lawyer Blair Berk by his side.

Sutherland will make an appearance within a month to face his charge, which could see him fined $1,000 and serve up to a year in jail.
