R. Kelly has opened up about his recent trial for child pornography saying that now that he is acquitted, “I hope people can give me my life back.” Watch the chat here on The Celebrity Truth.
In an interview with BET News on Tuesday night (September 16), Kelly said, “If it has had any impact, I would hope it would be a positive impact and I can move on with my life.”
Discussing the people that have testified against him over the past seven years the singer says, “Unfortunately the people that don’t work for me say that… and the people that don’t work for me were fired.
“Do not listen to the people that were fired, listen to the facts. I know people are out to get me because I’m very vulnerable, especially during a seven-year trial.”

Greetings -
I love R. Kelley. He is a person of immense talent who has issues just like the rest of us. Kelly’s talent can be measured in the realm of excellence. He is no ordinary entertainer. He is a stand-out in the caliber of what he delivers.
That said, he has some inner struggles that he is grappling with. Not unlike all people, he has not conquered all that troubles him. I watched the segment of his interview with the BET correspondent. My response is that there is the truth and then there is the whole truth….
Note: Some people who get fired, get fired because they tell the truth, and their employers cannot handle the truth so they (the employers) “kill” the messengers due to the truth that they cannot handle the message!
As for what happened with R. Kelly, God knows the full truth, and God cannot be fooled! The best option is to seek God, repent and forsake what is displeasing to God. I pray for us all because truly we need it!!!
