Kevin Federline To Tour Europe With Britney

Kevin Federline is set to follow Britney Spears to Europe for the next leg of her Circus world tour, with lawyers for the former couple settling on a deal for the custody of their two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said Wednesday (May 13), “They worked out an arrangement to facilitate her being able to go on tour without having to sacrifice her abiltity to see the kids.
“She’ll go on tour,” he added. “She’ll go to the venues, but Kevin will be there with the kids. There won’t be any change in the custody schedule in Europe or anywhere she is on tour.”
Kaplan also announced that the pair have extended their current custody agreement that has been in place since her infamous meltdown early in 2007.
“Kevin is happy with how the kids are doing and he’s happy that he’s been able to work out an arrangement where Britney is pursuing her professional goals and Kevin is rooting for her all the way,” Kaplan said.
