Kim Cattrall Refuses To Pose With Cougar On Magazine Cover

With the Sex and the City sequel about to hit cinemas around the globe, Kim Cattrall has found herself making headlines because she turned down some publicity.  It seems “a significant magazine” wanted the 53-year-old to pose on the cover with a cougar, but she refused, with the mag taking away the cover as a result!
