Reality TV star Kim Kardashian says she adores junk food and has even snacked on deep fried Oreo cookies, forcing her to resort to daily personal training sessions – so she has begun videotaping her workouts, with plans to eventually release a series of workout tapes.
Kardashian has been trying to eat better in 2008 – which is a resolution she made after eating deep fried Oreo cookies on New Year’s Eve, she tells People magazine – but her habit towards snacking on junk food has been difficult to break.
"I figured just eating well would help me lose five pounds or so. It’s so hard to eat well, because I love so many unhealthy foods. I just can’t stop eating junk. It’s awful!"
Kardashian, 27, admits that she makes the wrong meal decisions, particularly when eating out.
On a recent visit to the International House of Pancakes, just before her hosting duties at Wrestlemania XXIV in Orlando on Sunday (March 30), she attempted to choose wisely.
"I decided not to have pancakes, because those aren’t good for me and I didn’t want the carbs. So what did I get? Chicken strips. I knew they were bad for me, but they were worth it," she says.
"I’ve got a personal trainer who keeps me active. I work my butt and legs just about every day, and I do cardio to burn fat. I’ve actually started videotaping my workouts so I can do them on the road. I’m going to start selling the videos soon on my website so that others can do the same workout that I do. They’re short videos, but if you do them one right after the other, it’s a really good workout."
One person who loves her curvy body is boyfriend Reggie Bush, who Kardashian says "doesn’t care what I eat. He loves me just the way I am."

We all eat imperfectly from time to time. She admits that it’s problem and that’s the first step to her getting healthy.
