Tis the season for reality show babies, fa-la-la-la, la-la-la-laaa.  First it was Kendra Wilkinson who dropped her newborn Hank last Thursday (December 10), now Kourtney Kardashian has given birth to a baby boy too.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and boyfriend Scott Disick welcomed their first child, Mason Dash, at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles weighing 7 lbs., 6 oz.

Normally, the Kardashian’s are all over the net drumming up publicity for their various shows, shops and the like, but the sisters have gone quiet, except for one Twitter post from Kim saying, “I’m an auntie!!!! My little Mason Dash Disick is here!!! We are so happy!”
