Kylie Minogue MC’ing Aussie Bushfire Concert

Kylie Minogue has confirmed she will MC the upcoming Sound Relief concert in Melbourne, Australia, in support of the devastating bushfires that have killed over 200 people.
The singer will fly in from India, where she is currently filming her first Bollywood movie, to take the stage as an MC only, with no performance scheduled for the event.
Michael Gudinski, one of the promoters, told the Australian media, “To me, Kylie is Melbourne. Her attendance is the cherry on the top of an already phenomenal lineup. She’s our girl.”
Sound Relief has broken attendance records down under, with the Melbourne show becoming the largest paid concert in Australian history with over 78,000 tickets sold to the one day event.
