Kylie Minogue continues to spread her business empire outside of the entertainment industry, announcing that she plans to release a range of luxury homewares that have been inspired by her travels around the world.

With the popstar topping charts around the world with her latest album, ‘X’, and collections of perfumes and lingerie already to her name, Minogue has taken the leap into furnishings including bed linen, pillows and art deco style prints.

In an interview with Woman & Home magazine, Minogue says she was "totally hands-on with the design".

"I invited the design team into my home, and walked and talked them through some of my favourite design and furnishing elements of my place," she says.

The range is set to be launched in Britain later this month.
