Lady Gaga, who told US Vogue, “I’ve always been an outspoken and extreme dresser,” has outdone herself once again. The controversial fashionista has appeared on the cover of Vogue Hommes Japan sans clothing, with just a few strategically-placed pieces of meat covering her naughty bits.
