A report coming out of the UK press claims that a 47 second sex tape featuring Lindsay Lohan and a mystery man is being shopped around, however, the starlet claims no such footage exists.

“This video file is dynamite,” the ‘source’ tells Mirror.co.uk.  “It is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a particular sex act which, obviously, should remain behind closed doors.  Lindsay was desperate to start 2010 off on a good footing and this is the very last thing she needs.”

Lohan was quick to jump on the rumor mill, insisting that there is no tape and telling E! Online, “I haven’t even heard of this.”
