According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Bob Shapiro has quit, telling the judge in LiLo’s case that he is no longer representing her.
It is unclear who will represent the Mean Girls star tomorrow when she is due to turn herself in, or why Shapiro has left the case.
TMZ also reports that Lohan’s first attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, never signed the substitution of attorney form last Friday to get out of the case.
Meanwhile, Lohan doesn’t seem too upset about her impending stint in prison.
“The only ‘bookings’ that I’m familiar with are Disney Films,” she tweeted today. “[I] never thought that I’d be ‘booking’ into Jail… eeeks.”
