Lindsay Lohan Gives Back Before Another Rehab Stint

With unconfirmed reports saying that Lindsay Lohan will check herself into rehab on Monday morning (September 27), the struggling starlet spent Sunday night visiting the Dream Center in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old spent her time at the facility, which is part of a mission and outreach center, meeting with teens, children and their families.

“What a great place The Dream Center is here in LA,” Lohan tweeted.  “Had a nice time there today, it’s so important to give back. I feel blessed.”

She added, “All accept the paparazzi hitting one of the ministry guys. They need to be stopped. I think this is a job for The Terminator…”
