Lindsay Lohan Out Of Rehab For Thanksgiving, Hits Twitter

Lindsay Lohan was only granted a short period of time to spend at home with her family for Thanksgiving, but it still didn’t stop the embattled starlet from hitting Twitter to send out a message to her followers.

Lohan, who was given a 15-hour leave pass from the Betty Ford Clinic, retweeted the following message:

“Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around. Sofia~Vanilla Sky. LOVE this quote!”
