Lindsay Lohan’s Pal Ordered To Pay Perez Hilton

Samantha Ronson, good friend of Lindsay Lohan and sister of music producer Mark Ronson, has been ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court to pay gossip blogger Perez Hilton’s $85,000 legal fee bill, after her court case against Hilton alleging defamation was thrown out of court.
Hilton, who’s real name is Mario Lavandeira, accused Ronson of being the owner of the cocaine that was found in Lohan’s car after a car accident in May last year.
After the case was thrown out of court in November, Hilton attempted to win the costs of his legal fees from Ronson. Superior Court Judge Elihu M Berle ruled on Wednesday (January 23) that Hilton is entitled to almost US$85,000 towards his legal fees.
David M. Bass, Ronson’s lawyer, said he is considering an appeal and "would like an opportunity for the court to consider all the facts".
