Lindsay Lohan’s film, ‘I Know Who Killed Me’ won the ‘Worst Picture’ at the 28th annual Golden Rasberry Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday (February 23) and made Razzie history taking out the most ‘wins’ ever.
The Razzies traditionally are handed out the day before the Oscars and give a nod to the worst movies of the year, with Lohan’s film scoring eight awards from nine nominations.
This years ceremony, held at the Abracadabra Theater at Magicopolis in Santa Monica, awarded ‘I Know Who Killed Me’ the worst picture, director, screenplay, remake or rip-off and worst excuse for a horror movie.
Other ‘winners’ at the ceremony included Eddie Murphy who won Worst Actor for ‘Norbit’ and the movie ‘Daddy Day Camp’ for Worst Prequel or Sequel.
Only a handful of actors have ever shown up to collect their awards with the most noted being Halle Berry who won Worst Actress for ‘Catwoman’ in 2004.
"I want to thank Warner Brothers for casting me in this piece of shit…" Berry announced as she collected her award. "My mother told me that if you could not be a good loser, then there’s no way you could be a good winner."
