Lindsay Lohan’s Lawyer Quits

July 8th, 2010

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, announced Thursday (July 8) that she has resigned from the case, but says she still stands by her criticism that Lohan’s punishment was too harsh.

A rep for the lawyer confirmed to the Associated Press that Holley had withdrawn from the case, with TMZ learning that relative newcomer to the bench, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, has taken over the case.

Earlier this week, the 24-year-old was sentenced to 90-days in jail and a further 90-days in an in-patient treatment facility for violating her parole.
