Madonna Thanks Fans In Video

Madonna has filmed a special message for her fans, which she recorded while vaccuming the set of her latest music video, in which she thanks the fans who have been making videos for her new single, saying "keep up the good work".

The singer appears in the 48-second clip, which was posted on YouTube on Wednesday (April 16).
