Madonna’s Rep Or The Photog: Who’s Telling The Truth?

April 20th, 2009

The photographer who took the pics of Madonna during her tumble from a horse Saturday (April 18) has denied that the incident occurred due to a paparazzo spooking the animal, as stated by Madonna’s rep. So who’s telling the truth?

Rozenberg said in a statement, “The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi, who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer.”

However, photographer Thomas Hinton contacted TheCelebrityTruth.com to deny Rozenberg’s statement, saying, “I arrived more than ten minutes after the accident happened. I am certain there were no other photographers there before me.”

The exclusive pictures taken by Hinton, which appear on the New York Post’s website, clearly show Madonna riding a horse, presumably prior to her fall. If Hinton arrived ten minutes after she fell, how did he snap these photos?

Rescue workers reportedly rushed the singer to South Hampton hospital after her tumble, but has since been released.

So, who’s telling the truth? The photog or the rep?

He said he had been there before it happened and returned just after. tons of people standing around- so who actually saw it?

and why couldn’t the stupid horse do a roll?

  2. Aaron Says:

Um…. isn’t the question “Is the paparazzi telling the truth?” kind of redundant? He wasn’t there, but he has photos of her riding the horse????? Have another line of coke, Hinton, I’m sure it all sounds feasible in your imagination..

  3. Mother Says:

Who cares? This is news? Who cares if Madonna falls off the horse on her ass? She’s lucky the horse didn’t sit on her. What goes around comes around.
