Mariska Hargitay Taking A Break From SVU

Mariska Hargitay is taking a break from her hit show ‘Law & Order: SVU’ following recurring problems from a lung collapse she suffered earlier this year.

According to E! News, Hargitay will miss a few weeks of filming on the cop series with a rep from NBC confirming the news.

“She is feeling better and should be back in a couple of weeks,” the rep said.

Hargitay suffered a lung collapse in January this year and underwent surgery a second time after further complications last week.
