Mariska Hargitay Moving To Law & Order: L.A…. Temporarily

Never fear Law & Order: SVU fans, Mariska Hargitay is not leaving the top rating cop show to cross over to it’s Los Angeles spinoff, she’s just filming a guest spot to help kick off the new show!
“I got to work with them yesterday,” Hargitay told E! News. “They have an incredible cast…I think it’s going to be strong right out of the gate.”However, her SVU co-star Christopher Meloni won’t be joining her on the West Coast for the guest stint, but wants to.
“I hope to,” he explains. “I always like a free trip out to L.A. The mother ship did the same thing with us when we were starting out to give us a little lift. That’s all we really needed, a little push.”
