Mark Wahlberg has taken a shot at ‘Saturday Night Live,’ following a sketch on last week’s show (October 4) poking fun at the actor.
The skit, called ‘Mark Wahlberg Talks To Animals,’ starred Andy Samberg as the former Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch frontman talking to a dog, donkey, chicken and goat.
In a Q&A with the New York Post, Wahlberg says, “Someone showed it to me on YouTube. It wasn’t like Tina Fey doing Sarah Palin, that’s for sure. And ‘Saturday Night Live’ hasn’t been funny for a long time.
“They’ve asked me to do the show a ton of times. I used to watch it when Eddie Murphy was there and Joe Piscopo and Bill Murray. I don’t even know who’s on the show now.”

You’d think Mark “Marky Mark” Wahlberg would have a sense of humor about himself, but I guess not. The sketch is the funniest thing SNL has done in a long time. It’s silly, but that’s why it makes it funny. I don’t see why it’s taken as a slight. You don’t see Chris Walken getting upset at every single person in America having a Walken impression.
