Martha Stewart Apologizes To Jessica Simpson For Dog Comment

Martha Stewart took time out during her television show on Thursday (September 24) to apologize to Jessica Simpson over comments she made regarding the loss of the singer’s dog Daisy.

The talk show host said on a red carpet that Simpson “should have been more careful” and that she should just “get another dog”, following the mulit-poo being taken by a coyote at her Los Angeles home.

“I said that she should have been watching her dog more closely, but I feel very, very sorry for anybody that loses a pet,” Stewart said on her show. “Jessica, I hope you find your pet, but if you don’t, I’m really sorry that you lost one.”
