Reports that Mel Gibson has filed a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, have been denied by her lawyer. So what is going on with them?
PEOPLE reports that Gibson filed the restraining order in Los Angeles on Thursday (June 26),with RadarOnline adding that the couple’s 7-month old daughter, Lucia, is at the center of the dispute.
“There is no personal restraining order against Grigorieva,” the singer’s lawyer said in a statement to E! Online.
Other stories claiming she filed the injunction due to an “extremely violent” outburst from Gibson, haven’t been commented on by either party at the time of writing.
