It’s been revealed that Michael Jackson handed the title to his Neverland ranch over to a company on Monday (November 10).

According to the local clerk-recorder’s office, Jackson filed a grant deed on Monday, making the new owner of his famed Santa Barbara County property the Sycamore Valley Ranch Co. LLC.

Reports in the Associated Press say the company is a joint venture between the singer and Colony Capital, which is owned by Las Vegas billionaire Tom Barrack, however, future plans for Neverland have not been released.

Jackson has not made an official statement regarding the transfer of the property at the time of writing.
