New Michael Jackson Song Gets Release Date

Sony Music announced Wednesday (September 23) that a new as-yet unheard Michael Jackson song will be released on October 12, in the lead up to the concert documentary This Is It which hits cinemas later that month.
The track, also called This Is It, will feature on a two-disc album that accompanies the flick and features background vocals from his famous siblings.
“This song only defines, once again, what the world already knows – that Michael is one of God’s greatest gifts,” John McClain, co-producer of the album and executor of the King Of Pop’s estate, said in a statement.
According to the press release, disc one will be a greatest hits of the original songs featured in the movie, whereas disc 2 will be previously unreleased versions of his classics.
