7. PRICING INFORMATION
The Celebrity Truth and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, The Celebrity Truth does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Whilst every effort has been made and will continue to be made, to ensure that prices listed on this website are accurate, our prices on all items are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when ordering to avoid any confusion. The Celebrity Truth reserves the right to refuse any order as it sees fit.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Federal Governments 10% Goods-and-Services-Tax (GST). Foreign customers are not required to pay Australian GST and therefore pay ten elevenths (10/11) of the listed price on this website. Foreign customers are however, liable for any customs charges or duties payable on the goods when they enter their country of residence.
8. PREORDERS, LAY-BYS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Customers who choose to use our pre-order system are billed for the cost of their goods just prior to us receiving them into stock. Using our pre-order system guarantees that you will not miss out on the item you are after, offering you peace of mind and the lower pre-order price too! Please note that all pre-orders, lay-bys and special orders are taken in good faith - payments in all such cases are not refundable.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Faulty products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by their original invoice/ receipt. Please note, however, that refunds or exchanges can only be given on products that are either faulty or still in resaleable condition and that are wholly contained in their original packaging. If any or all of the returned goods are damaged upon receipt by us (in excess of their original described fault), we will regrettably have to return them to you. We regret that postage costs are not refundable.
Our returns policy is governed by the Australian Trade Practices Act (1974). You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to. Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
10. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from The Celebrity Truth are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Our Site contains links to other web sites operated by third parties. The Celebrity Truth does not endorse, or approve of the operators of these third party websites, or the information, graphics and material on them.

13. DELIVERY POLICY
The Celebrity Truth uses the Australia Post Registered Mail System to deliver your order and will require a signature on receipt. All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving the cleared payment.
