Miley Cyrus’ Stalker, 53, Taken Into Custody

A 53-year-old obsessed fan of Miley Cyrus, who claims to be secretly engaged to the teen starlet, has been taken into custody on charges of attempted stalking after he tried to crash the set of her latest movie.
Mark McLeod was picked up at his home in Appling, Ga., last night, several days after he showed up unannounced as Cyrus was shooting The Last Song in Georgia.
“We had an incident Sunday afternoon,” Tybee Island Police Chief Jim Price tells E! News.
“He was down in the area where they were doing the filming and had staging equipment, asking people around the neighborhood where Miley lives. We felt there was probably cause at that point to obtain an arrest warrant.”
In July, McLeod was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and obstructing arrest, after he trespassed onto the film’s set and proclaimed that he and the 16-year-old Cyrus were engaged. he was eventually released from the Chatham County jail due to overcrowding.
