Movie studio Warner Bros has unveiled their striking promotional poster for the new Batman film, ‘The Dark Knight’, with the winged bat himself taking center stage in front of a burning building with the iconic bat-symbol ablaze.

A new trailer is reported to be debuting online on Monday with the movie’s viral marketing website, www.whysoserious.com, offering a countdown to April 28. 

‘The Dark Knight’, starring Christian Bale once again as Batman - and with the late Heath Ledger starring as The Joker - is set to hit cinema’s worldwide on July 18.
