Nick Cannon is over the moon at the arrival of his newborn twins, tweeting that wife Mariah Carey “just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life!”

The couple celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary on Saturday, the day their baby boy and girl were born.

“I won’t ever be able to top this!” he added.
