Reports that Nicole Kidman and Twilight star Robert Pattinson are set to team up for a new movie are false, her rep announced Wednesday (November 4).

According to numerous stories the pair were due to star in Bel Ami, a flick based on the book by Guy De Maupassant, however, Kidman’s rep has denied her involvement.

Gossip Cop reveals that even though Pattinson has signed on, Kidman considered the role but ultimately knocked it back saying the movie is “categorically not happening for her.”
