Nicole Richie Still Holed Up In Bed: “I Need To Recover”

She may be back from the hospital, but young mom Nicole Richie has revealed that she’s still laid up in bed after a bout with pneumonia.
“Right now, it’s important for me to stay in bed and recover,” the 28-year-old wrote on her blog Tuesday (November 24), in a message titled ‘Thank You’.
“Reading all of your messages on Twitter and my website has really brightened my spirits and I am so grateful for the support. I look forward to seeing you all very soon and wish you a happy Thanksgiving.”
The new mom, who gave birth to baby Sparrow in September, also apologized for missing several promotional appearances while she’s been unwell.
“I wish I could have been there for the Bebe-House of Harlow 1960 evening. I was truly looking forward to meeting everyone there and sharing that moment,” she wrote.
“I will definitely be back in the Spring when Winter Kate launches.”
