Rumors persist that OJ Simpson is set to join the cast of the new season of Doanld Trump’s television show, the ‘Celebrity Apprentice’, however, a publicist for NBC has denied that Simpson has ever been considered.

Following the success of the recent series of the show, online reports had surfaced that Simpson was set to appear, with Trump said to be keen on the idea.

However, a rep for the network told PerezHilton.com that, "OJ Simpson has never been considered to join the cast for the upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice on NBC. All rumors are completely false."
