The family of David Carradine have threatened legal action against anyone publishing a photo of the actor that was reportedly taken by the forensics team investigating the hanging death of the Kill Bill star.

TMZ reports that the pic of the late star, appeared on the cover of a Thai tabloid called Thai Rath, with his brother Keith releasing the following statement:

“The family wants it understood that, per attorney Mark Geragos, any persons, publications or media outlets will be fully prosecuted for invasion of privacy and causing severe emotional distress if the photos are published.”
