Pamela Anderson Not Down Under

Pamela Anderson has denied reports that she is Down Under, saying, "I keep hearing I’m in Australia," with the Oz media reporting that the former ‘Baywatch’ star is expected to play in the National Millions Poker Championship in Melbourne next week.
According to news.com.au, Anderson and her husband, Rick Salomon, "contacted Melbourne’s Crown Casino this week requesting a berth" in the poker competition, and "could touchdown as early as tomorrow or Friday", with Salomon "said to be a definite starter in the tournament, with an appearance fee being negotiatied… to bring Anderson out."
However, in a posting on her website, Anderson has denied she is in or visiting Australia.
"Not in Australia – just got back home from Whistler, Canada- lots of Australians there. The most beautiful place on earth- my kids had the best time. Snowboarding, snowmobiling- Burton is always so good to us. Making great friends there. We go every year! I keep hearing I’m in Australia?- nope. Though I May go to grand prix in March!"
