Pamela Anderson has given Hugh Hefner an unexpected gift for his 82nd birthday, when she gave him a private strip strip show in his Las Vegas hotel room.

Anderson danced seductively for the Playboy magnate in his luxurious Palms Hotel suite after walking into the room wearing nothing but high heels, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Anderson holds the record for being on the most covers of Playboy, having appeared on the cover twelve times.

Palms owner George Maloof said Hefner looked like he thoroughly enjoyed his birthday gift.

"He was stunned. He had the biggest smile I’ve ever seen," Maloof said.
