Paris Hilton’s lawyers are threatening to sue a New Zealand media company, after they used an unauthorized photo of the heiress to promote advertising on their billboards.
According to Hilton’s manager, Jamie Freed, the company did not obtain permission to use her pic and that lawyers will now become involved
Adam McGregor from Media5 explained, “We wanted to draw some attention to some of our unsold display as we expanded, so we briefed a friend who runs his own boutique agency to work up a range of creative concepts. We liked the ones he came up with using high-profile public figures the best because they were fun… We assume that the agency has taken care of the rights to the image of Paris, but we will ask the question.”

That is the Honest Truth , You have to ask , Paris Hilton , if you can use there photo's for advertising . Du , hello, You have to ask first Copyright Laws. If , I were the Company who did this , I would take it down and save some money in a Lawsuit.
