Paris Hilton Pleads Guilty In Cocaine Case, Gets Probation

September 19th, 2010

Paris Hilton will plead guilty on Monday (September 20) to misdemeanor drug possession and obstructing an officer and will avoid going to the slammer over her August 27 Las Vegas cocaine bust.

The heiress will also have to complete a drug abuse program, serve 200 hours of community service and pay $2000 in fines for the arrest.

“We fashioned a resolution which would give us complete control over her future,” Clark County District Attorney David Roger explained to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

He added, “If she does not toe the line and stay out of trouble, she will do one year in the Clark County Detention Center.”
