Pete Wentz: Ashlee’s Not Having Twins

Pete Wentz has denied ongoing rumors that his wife Ashlee Simpson is expecting twins, after a friend accidentally told E! News wrong information.
Hip-hop artist Tyga announced on Sunday at a pre-MTV VMA’s party, “They’re having twins. They’re really happy.”
This sent reporters into a tail-spin with Wentz denying the comments telling Usmagazine, “It’s going to be a big disappointment when it’s only one!”
The couple’s rep also quickly jumped on Tyga’s gaffe telling E! News, “It is not true.”
When asked after the awards about his slip-up, the rapper asked, “Oh, I said that? Why was everyone asking me that at the VMAs? Everyone was asking me! They said that they heard from Tyga that they’re having twins.
“Actually, I heard they adopted a little African kid. That’s what Pete told me to tell everyone,” Tyga joked.
