Photographer Alleges Sean Penn Issued A Death Threat

A photographer is claiming that Sean Penn kicked and punched him in October last year (2009) in Los Angeles, after the snapper tried to take a pic of the Oscar winning actor.
Court documents lodged by Jordan Dawes allege that Penn attacked him, smashed his camera and threatened him during the altercation.
“The next time I see you, you will be in a box,” Penn is quoted as saying.
The pap states that he required knee surgery after the incident.
Penn, who is already facing criminal assault charges for separate incident with a photographer, is yet to make a statement about this latest allegation.
