Photographer Suing David Beckham For Beating

A photographer is suing David Beckham claiming his bodyguard assaulted him and caused emotional distress during a scuffle with the soccer star late last year.
In documents filed on December 7, Emicles Da Mata claims Beckham attempted to wrestle his camera from him after LA Galaxy captain reached in the window of his car.
According to Da Mata, Beckham’s bodyguard then punched him repeatedly before throwing his camera in the trash.
The photog is seeking unspecified damages and is suing for assault and battery, along with emotional distress.
