Police Investigating Issues Regarding Britney Spears

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed on Wednesday (February 27) that they are investigating "issues regarding Britney Spears", including claims by Spears’ mother that the pop star’s former manager, Sam Lutfi, drugged the singer.
TMZ first reported an investigation into the allegations in early February after Britney’s dad Jamie Spears acccused Lutfi in a police statement.
"Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney, he has cut Britney’s home phone lines and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything," Mr Spears said at the time.
Despite several denials from the authorities about a potential investigation, Captain Kyle Jackson of Robbery Homicide issued a statement saying:
"The issues regarding Britney Spears are being considered by the department to determine if laws have been violated. Particular suspects have not yet been fully identified nor has a formal investigation into open charges officially commenced. At this time we don’t know whether or not a formal investigation will be initiated."

This is Lapd ROBBERY department, and if you notice Captain Kyle does not refer to drugs but to “issues”. When Britneys “father” had Sam kicked out, and all of Britney’s security kicked out of her house, presumably after he took control or conservership, a lot of Britney’s money and personal things were stolen from her home. A lot of money and very expensive things are missing. There may also have been money wired out of her accounts.
i guess we do not know if employees, aides etc not given notice might have taken something taht they feel Britney would have said ok to renumeration wise, or it might have been the place was not secure after Jamie took over and without Sam or the security, managers etc there to look after things then someone took a chance to rob the place. We will soon see. Obviously if there was anything about Sam they would have charged him by now, it appears Sam was a very loyal friend.
it would seem reasonable to me a loyal friend could have spirited out some tapes or something he might of known Britney might of wanted hidden from Jamie, but as her loyal friend i do not think he would ever hurt her.
AS far as Lynnes accusations about Sam giving Britney the sleeping tablets, we have already heard that Jamie is also following that psych prescribed sleeping tabs for Britney, and Sam openly said to the whole world that he was encouraging Britney to take her Psych prescribed meds to help her get her acceess back. Naturally she nor he really wanted heavy meds for her, but she wanted her kids back so much she agreed with Sam to take her psych prescribed meds. The only reason there were a couple more tablets each day is that one of hte meds causes constipation, and so the psych told Sam she needed some laxatives to counter that. Sam did nothing wrong on that count.
What is strange is that after failign to have Britney outed to the world on Dr Phil, then Lynne and Jamie managed to pretend to complain about SAm, then insist their daughter take even more heavy duty meds, and then declare those meds to the world in their statement against sam.
i would not like to be going thru a divorce and custody battle and have my doctor presribe stuff, then have my mother declare to the whole world that those meds were bipolar meds.
Naturally Lyn could not be seen to tell dr phil all about her treatmetns and such, but she could tell teh whole world about britneys meds when complaining about what meds the psych had told Sam to help her take.
When Lynne needed her heavy duty meds from teh doctors for some time when her marriage broke up, one might think she would have some confidentiality for her daughters treatmtent.
Also it is only a couple of years since Jamie came off his pill and alchohol addictions during his rehab. But now he says he is so much smarter and better able to manage britney than anyone else.
